PRICES

The price of the room includes applicable taxes and continental breakfast which is served in the restaurant between 8:30 and 10:30 am.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

The reservation can be cancelled or changed up to 14 days prior to the arrival date at no any additional costs, reservations cancelled after this period will incur cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total stay, same apply to "no show".

CREDIT CARD PRE - AUTHORIZATION

Please be informed that an amount equal to the total value of the reservation will be pre authorized on the credit card used for the reservation within 14 days of the arrival date, the pre authorization will be cancelled upon check out where a different method of payment can be used to settle the bill. Should the pre authorization fail we will contact you to request a new card, if we are unable to pre authorize the card within 24 hours of the notification by email, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Upon check-in, guests are required to present a photo ID or Passport.

Guest are welcome to check-in between 3pm and 8pm  and check-out from 8am to 11am. Late check-out and or early check in (including common areas) must be requested with a least 24 hours advance notice and is available subject to availability at an additional cost.

CHILDREN

Children 12 and above are welcome, unfortunately given the natural topography of the land the property is not suitable for younger children.

PETS

Whilst we love animals, we wish to guarantee each guest the utmost peace and tranquility during their stay, for this reason we are regrettably unable to accepts pets.


REST PERIOD

Guests should respect the rest period between 00:00 and 08:00.
